Clinging to the cliffs of Scarborough, this coastal home is all about intent. Every line, material choice and view has been carefully considered, resulting in a two-storey residence that feels grounded in its historical landscape while confidently modern. At just 187m², the home proves that great design isn’t about excess space, it’s about how that space works.

The palette leans dark, with industrial textures adding depth and restraint rather than noise. Light pours through the interiors, softening the bold materiality and creating living zones that feel calm, connected and genuinely liveable.

The open kitchen anchors the home, flowing effortlessly into the main living areas. The Master bedroom captures the full panoramic horizon of the Pacific, while two other thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer quiet moments away from the drama of the coastline.
